"I wasn’t sure what to expect, but..."
I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the lessons were really easy to follow... and they actually made a difference. My swing feels a lot less all over the place now, which is a nice change.

The whole thing felt sketchy to me. I was already unsure about using the site, and then there was basically no follow-up at all, which made it feel even worse. I wouldn’t feel comfortable trusting this site again

"Helpful, but kind of condescending"
They did answer my questions and were helpful in some ways, but I still walked away feeling unsure about what to do next. The way things were explained made me feel like I was being talked down to a bit, which was frustrating. I appreciated the help, but the overall experience could’ve been better.

"Not enough info to feel confident"
I checked out the product pages, but i wasn’t fully convinced. A few things sounded like they could be helpful, but the descriptions felt vague, like they were leaving out the details on purpose so you’d have to dig more or contact someone. I still had questions after browsing around, especially about the pricing and what features are actually included. Maybe the product is perfectly fine, but the way it’s presented made me feel a little cautious

I bought something from ultimategolf the payment process was easy 🙂 The card checkout felt secure, and I got my confirmation right away, which was nice. No random or weird charges showed up afterward either, so that’s a big plus 👍 I’m taking off one star just because I’d still like to see more payment options available...

I ordered a few golf items, and for the most part everything was what I chose. The shirts and small accessories looked fine, but one item came in a different color than the photo showed, which was a little frustrating when I opened the box. Support did get back to me, though it took a bit longer than I hoped. Not a terrible experience, but I do wish they double-checked the details before shipping orders out.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first, so I checked a few other people’s experiences before reaching out. In my case, the refund was processed fast and there weren’t any major issues. Overall, it was a lot smoother than I expected.

I felt like this was a little too pricey for what you actually get. It’s not that it’s terrible or anything, but the features are basic, so I was expecting the cost to be lower. If it had more extras or felt a bit more premium, the price would make more sense, but as it is, it just feels like you’re paying more than you should for something fairly simple

"Warranty help was decent, but slow"
I had to reach out to ultimategolf.zone about a warranty issue with my golf net. They did get back to me and asked for photos and order details, which seemed reasonable enough, but every reply took a few days so it dragged on longer than I expected.
In the end, they sent a replacement part and got it handled, so my gut feeling is that they do try to make things right. It just wasn’t very fast, and I had to follow up once, so 3 stars feels fair to me.

"Good selection, but the promo was frustrating"
I’ll say the site was easy enough to browse and I did find a few things I liked, so I was excited to use one of their promo offers. But the whole discount situation ended up being really frustrating. It showed the discount at first, then when I got to checkout it didn’t apply the way it was supposed to, which felt kind of misleading. I reached out to support, but they weren’t much help either. Maybe it works better for others, but for me it wasn’t really worth the hassle.

"Delivery was fine, but I’m not totally convinced"
I ordered a golf club from Ultimate Golf and it showed up without any issues, so that part was really fine. I’m just still a little unsure about whether it’s authentic. The look and weight seem okay, but a few small details felt really different compared to ones I’ve checked out in stores. Maybe it’s legit, maybe it isn’t, it’s really hard to tell. Customer service did reply, but they didn’t really give me enough proof or a clear answer. Giving it 3 stars because the delivery was okay, but I really expected more reassurance.
